I've seen The Book of Mormon. I laughed really, really hard. Parts of it made me wince a little, thinking "eww, gross!" but on the whole it was a very good play. I don't really see what the problem is. If you're expecting the world to always be polite and "tidy", you're going to be disappointed, and I think that's one of the messages they were trying to get across here.
I was really impressed with the set design they did to the Eugene Oneill Theater. It made for quite an impression going in. I had found some discount Book of Mormon tickets and I'm glad I did because I had a great time!
The kids really liked the Lion King tickets we got. That was also a very well done show. Surprisingly good!
